Position Overview:

We are currently recruiting reliable and professional individuals to our Key Accounts Team. The successful candidates should possess outstanding, communication skills, both in written and oral and excellent interpersonal & leadership skills with a minimum of 2 -3 years’ in Key Account Management or relevant experience.

• Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.
• Fluent in both Oral and Written English
• Minimum GCSE A/L’s – BA/ BS degree or partial qualification in CIM will be an absolute advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Professional “Make Things Happen” attitude and a work ethic.

Core Responsibilities:

• Reporting to the Key Accounts Manager
• Responsible for the development and achievement of sales through the sales channels.
• Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts and customer stakeholders.
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
• Track and Communicate, the progress of monthly/ Quarterly initiatives.
• Ensures that established goals and quotas for the department are reached and motivates the department to meet these goals.
• Analysis, and organize reports.
• Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.ORegular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Remuneration Package:

• A retainer of LKR. 50,000 – 80,000.
