Job Description:
– Raise the invoices and ensure the delivery to the customers.
– Updating customer receipts when the cheque or cash is collected.
– Update the Bills in Xero system.
– Apply the payments for the bills when the payment is made.
– File and maintain the proper records.
– Provide the Accounts Receivables report and Accounts payables report on a daily basis to the
management.
– Any IRD Queries or Letters should be brought to the notice of the management, auditors and the outsourced finance team to do the needful.
— Processing staff salary while processing EPT and ETF payments.
– Maintaining proper inventory records in Xero system.
– Attend meetings with management and proactively discuss the improvements of the business.
– Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned related to assistant accountant.
– Liaise with Auditors and Tax Consultants and finalize the external audit and tax liabilities on time.
– Liaise with secretary and file the returns on time.
– Submit the management accounts and have management discussions on time.
– Support the management by ensuring providing accurate details for financial and procurement processes are followed.
– Participate in staff meetings and staff training opportunities.
