Sales Executive (Colombo)

Requirements:
• Candidates with a pleasing personality and strong communication skills.
• Capable of building trusting relationships & ability to perform in fast-paced environments.
• Should have passed GCE A/L with a preferred work experience of working with a jewellery brand.
• Experience in retail sales background and understanding its sales process is an added advantage.
• Strong communication skills and fluency in either Sinhalese or Tamil is mandatory. English will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and direct customers to the respective jewellery counter.
• Provide accurate information on product features, pricing and after-sales services.
• Should be able to compare price and product details to facilitate purchasing.
• Inform customers about discounts and special offers.
• Provide customer feedback to the managers.
The selected candidates will receive on attractive salary package of up to 55,000/- Rupees PLUS performance-based incentives.
