Job Responsibilities:
• Targeting and calling prospective customers
• Communicating with target audience and managing customer relationships
• Maintaining and updating customer database
• Ability to achieve sales targets
• Contributing to the overall team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Profile:
• Diploma / Higher Diploma (Management / Marketing preferred)
• Excellent telephone etiquette, the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
• Excellent familiarity with Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Work experience in telephone sales and customer service would be an added advantage
Salary: Very competitive – also depends on experience
