Sales Administrator (Colombo)

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
• Maintain brand wise and customer wise sales reports
• Analyze past sales data
• Maintain customer data base
• Coordinate debt settlements
• Monitor and report daily sales and AR
• Monitor stock levels
• Present escalation of collection difficulties to Group Debt Controller & Head of Revenue Assurance
Educational Qualifications and Experience Required
• A Degree Qualification from a recognized University / Part qualified in Marketing
• Excellent knowledge in MS Office
• 2 -3 years in a similar capacity
• Prior experience in similar industry or FMCG preferred.
Candidate Profile:
• Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
• Ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts
