A unique position exists in the exclusive front office of the company that requires much wisdom, charm and knack in calmly and efficiently handling matters associated with such an important office, including the high caliber personalities that frequently visit.
Applicants must have excellent organizational, telephone and interpersonal skills and the ability to conduct web research on areas provided, besides being able to naturally enjoy the experience of handling Receptionist chores in such an environment.
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
– You should have excellent skills in both written and spoken English backed by a pleasant personality.
– A minimum of 02 years experience in a similar capacity with a reputed organization is essential.
– Applicants must also have competence in computer and web applications (MS Word and other packages)
– Age between 20-28 years.
– A basic degree in any discipline and the ability to work independently and communicate effectively will be an added advantage.
