Post of Confidential Secretary
You should be professionally qualified with a Diploma in Secretarial Practices and should possess a minimum of 5 years of personal assistance of a company director’s office.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, computer skills and a mature temperament are essential characteristics that we would look for in successful candidates.
The selected candidate will be mainly responsible for:
– Secretarial duties, organizing and arranging office activities.
– Maintain and prepare correspondence reports and minutes of meetings.
– Maintain strict confidentiality and interact professionally with all levels of staff and business associates.
The selected candidate will be given an attractive remuneration package.
