JOB ROLE:
Coordinate and provides complete high-quality administrative tasks pertaining to the Managing Director & Manage overall Administration of company villas.
DUTIES INCLUDE:
Overlook all Social Media & Manage all bookings of the villa. • Manage all administration matters related to Villas. o Visit the villa regularly and address the staff & booking related matters. o Maintain Schedule and event calendars of the company. o Organizing MD’s & company filings. o Handling Administration work related to the company.
REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS:
– Experience in Hospitality industry and Online Booking Search Engines such as Booking.com. Agoda etc.
– Should be a person with high interpersonal skills and a self-starter who can work with minimum supervision.
– Minimum 5-7 years’ experience in similar capacity. o Age below 45 years.
– Should possess a Diploma or equivalent qualification in Secretarial Practice.
– Verbal and written articulacy in English.
– Parttime & Flexible working Hours.
