Job Description:

B Com M Com completed.

Preferably from an Auto ancillary company or any manufacturing company.

– Overall supervision of corporate accounting functions.
– Design and implementation of F&A policies and practices for the group, including capex policy.
– Monitoring and ensuring statutory accounting policy compliances across the Group via Internal Audit.
– Internal controls, Standard Operating Procedures and implementation manuals
– Group Statutory audits Internal audits Limited reviews as per calendars defined for external internal requirements and in line with compliance
– Consolidation of accounts.
– Ensuring compliance to all applicable direct and indirect tax laws at corporate & unit level.
– Strategic research on direct and indirect taxation and advice reports.
– Representation of the company in all tax disputes and appeals arbitration.
– All internal external audit and compliance reports. Treasury & Fund Management
– Cash flow management (working capital, cash, deficits & surpluses) in coordination .
– Support in and approval of all financial forecasts (operational, cash, debt, value)
– Ensuring good credit ratings through third-party accredited institutions.
– Management of all inward and outward remittances.
