* Professional qualification related to apparel industry obtained from a recognized institution, (such as CITI) with an extensive knowledge in production planning, process management, quality control, and wastage management will be an added qualification.
* Knowledge in washing chemicals and its recommended usage (relevant to apparel industry).
* Knowledge in washing plant machinery / laundry machinery and its tools and equipment’s.
* Strong admin and labour management skills.
* Awareness of health and safety measures.
* Target oriented person with excellent communication skills
* Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Factory Manager / Operations Manager in a reputed washing plant or laundry.
* Age below 45 years.
