Job Title:

Manager Accounting Services

You will be required to lead our Accounting Services Team, Providing services to local and overseas clients and to monitor and guide the staff ensuring accounting policies and procedures, facilitates the effective provision of management information and monthly financials on scheduled dates and within target time.

Your Responsibilities:

1. Management and development of a team of accountants.
2. Attend to client meetings schedule and coordinate with responsible team members.
3. Make sure all statutory requirements are met and ensure accuracy of the output.
4. Management of financial monthly reporting.
5. Analysis of reports to advise on cash flow, budgets and forecasts.
6. Provision of high-level financial, taxation and business development advice.
7. Making recommendations on process improvements and presenting those recommendations to team members and clients
8. Delivering the annual budget and quarterly budget forecast.

Qualifications and Experience:

1. Full qualification of ICASL and any other Professional qualification and 4+ Years’ Experience preferably in the Audit Sector.
2. Strong communication skills and ability to translate numbers into words
3. Strong leadership skills and experience
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
5. Strong organizational skills
6. Be highly motivated and able to meet deadlines
7. Ability to work independently but also enjoy working in a fast-paced, team environment
8. Knowledge of QuickBooks Accounting System and hand on experience would be a distinct advantage.
9. Should be willing to travel / be based on a client site
