Maintenance Manager

The Role:
• Develop maintenance procedures and ensure implementation of the same
• Carry out inspections of the facilities to identify and resolve issues
• Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities
• Pre commissioning visit and advice project team for rectification/ improvements
• Responsible for Testing and Commissioning of HVAC systems by allocating workforce and supervisory staff Monitor equipment inventory and place orders & transactions and control the maintenance budget
• Keep maintenance logs and report on daily activities
• Ensure health, safety & quality policies are complied with local standards and project requirements Arrange and participate training programs and conduct training courses as an instructor Technical support for air conditioning design proposals and tendering works by implementing shop drawing, site visiting, coordinating with relevant parties etc
Requirements:
• BSc in Mechanical Engineering with minimum 7-year experience in HVAC field or HNDE/NDT or Equivalent in Mechanical Engineering with minimum 10-year experienc HVAC field
