Junior Relationship Manager (Colombo)

We are looking for a experienced individual with a proven track record in Sales & Relationship Management to join our Sales team. The ideal candidate should have experience in Sales and Relationship Management. He/She should be self motivated and target oriented.
Good communication skills and interpersonal skills are a must have. Ability to acquire new clients and manage existing relationships with clients is of utmost importance
Duties & Responsibilities
– Acquire new clients and maintain existing relationships provided by the company.
– identify new market segments and new clients in order to expand and grow the client
portfolio.
– Participate in one on one meting’s with potential clients and carry out sales
presentations as an when required by clients.
– Meet annual sales targets set out by the company.
– Ability to work under pressure and meet company expectations in relations to Sales
Targets / Levels of Customer Service / Relationship Management etc.
Requirements:
– A target oriented individual with a proven track record in Sales and Relationship
Management.
– Devotion to high quality customer service / work ethic and integrity.
– Required to travel and meet clients in order to acquire new clients and service existing clients.
– Previous proven track record in Sales /Relationship Management of financial products
or services will be an advantage.
– Good communication skills and presentation skills is a must.
– Passion for Sales/ Relationship Management / Customer Service
– A minimum of 2 years experience in Sales or Relationship Management is required.
