Junior Commercial Executives (2 positions For Import and Export)
Job Summary:
The Junior Commercial Executive will assist to deliver the cargo to the relevant parties on time by ensuring smooth functioning of Commercia1 Department.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Junior Commercial Executive — Exports
– Handling Exports
– Final Documentation
– Co-ordinate with freight forwarders for timely booking of cargo
– Liaise with vendors for cargo handing over
– Maintain Export register
Junior Commercial Executive — Imports
– Handling Import shipments
– Co-ordinate with clearing agents BOI , Customs for on time clearing of raw materials.
– Liaise with suppliers for on time documentation
– Liaise with banks for collection of original documents
– Maintain import register
Personal Specification:
– G.C.E. A/L
– Professional Qualification in this field will be a distinct advantage
– One to three years work experience in Commercial Department preferably in Garment industry.
– Good oral and written communication skills in English
– Computer literacy specially in MS Excel and MS Outlook
– Good coordinating skills.
– Ability to work on ERP system
