International Tender Manager

Requirements:
• Degree in Business / Administration / Marketing or relevant field
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar position
• Proficiency In the English language. Knowledge of other languages will be a distinct advantage
• Proven experience in the preparation of tenders for multilateral institutions
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Review tender platforms continuously, In order to select tenders which would present a profitable business opportunity for the organization and its partners • Collect and compile relevant Information with regard to tenders
• Carefully study and understand bid conditions in order to effectively manage the tender preparation process
• Continuously monitor the bid management process, in order to ensure that it is aligned with the organization’s requirements
• Play an active role in the vital cost and price calculation process
• Coordinate tender reviews and adjust deadlines to match the framework provided by the clients
• Manage the strategic and work plan of the department
• Develop the project Pipeline; identify and select tenders in multilateral organizations
• Prepare the offers, methodology and financial proposal
• Coordinate, present technical and economic documentation which is required for the realization and presentation of offers
• Identify and update joint venture partners and the database of consultants
• Manage the execution of consulting projects
