About the job:
As the FIR manager for a rapidly expanding start-up, you should have a strong passion for recruiting. You will be in charge of defining; structuring and developing continuously appropriate recruiting channels and HR processes.
Networking is in your nature and you can’t wait to accept the challenge of searching various profiles with high pressure. Moreover, you will be key contact for Founders, Co-Founders and Senior Managers. In return, you will get the opportunity to work very independently and push your recruiting plans with full responsibility.
Who we’re looking for:
After earning your bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or psychology you will have gained at least 3 – 5 years of work experience in the field of headhunting in a dynamic environment. You have a good knowledge of recruiting various (and sometimes uncommon) profiles and you possess excellent communication skills in English and Sinhala as well as very good MS-Office skills. You are a great networker and combine charm, openness and an ambitious personality with a high degree of professionalism
