The ideal candidate should possess:
Diploma in Human Resources Management or equivalent qualifications in a recognized institution. Excellent interpersonal and communications skills to interact with all relevant parties across the group with a strong team orientation.
Passion to work in a methodical manner. Familiarity in IT driven environment. Good PR skills. In an around Kandy preferred. Be below 25 years of age. Fluent in English. Sinhala Typing will be a distinct advantage.
