Vacancy for a HR and Administration Executive
If you possess:
* A degree or Diploma in HRM.
* Minimum 05 years experience in HR & Administration.
* Full professional IPM or NIBM qualifications.
* Good IT Skills.
* Excellent Command of English & Sinhala.
* Ability to liaise with Government Departments and Updated Company Formats and Employees information lists Etc.
* Experience in handling Personal files, Probation Evaluations and Assist in recruitment of Staff.
* A knowledge in handling Payroll /Attendance / EPF/ETF & Gratuity.
* A Good knowledge of Labour Laws.
Hospitality or Travel industry experience is an add. advantage.
Salary will be negotiable and will commensurate with qualifications and experience.
