We are a leading Tea Export Company in Sri Lanka being in business for over 25 years and market our own Branded Teas in over 50 countries, spanning all continents. We also offer a total tea solution to International Clients by packing private label brands and supplying tea in bulk. We are an ISO 22000, HACCP and GMP certified Company.
We are seeking to recruit dynamic and result oriented individuals who are ready to take on. Abe challenge and join our team for the below mentioned position.
Factory Supervisor
What we require:
• Males below 35 Years of age.
• Should have passed GCE O/L and A/L with good results in English & Mathematics.
• At least 3 years factory working experience in a manufacturing industry.
• Experience in a Tea Export Company or in a similar capacity in the FMCG sector, will be an advantage.
• Have a good command of English both written & spoken.
• Must have good leadership skills.
• Be committed, energetic, methodical, ambitious, result oriented and able to work under pressure.
• Be willing to work on shift /roster basis and when necessary, long hours to meet deadlines.
• Person living in close proximity to Wattala is preferred.
