A. Export Manager

Salary: Negotiable Also entitled to other allowances approved by the corporative employees’ commission and incentives based on performance.

Qualifications:

1. A graduate of a recognized university with experience not less than two years as an executive in the field of marketing, supplying & distribution / Import, Export in a recognized trading establishment.

or

2. G.C.E A/L certificate with 3 subjects in one sitting with experience not less than 11 years in the field of Marketing /Supplying & Distribution /Import, Export in a recognized trading establishment of which 7 years should be in the managerial grade.

B. Sectional Manager (Exports) — Grade III

– Salary: Rs 15000/-10 X 130—lox 140 Rs. 17700 /-
– Also entitled to other allowances approved by the Co-operative Employees Commission. (All inclusive initial monthly salary Rs. 23,800/- + performance based incentives)

Qualifications:

1. Diploma in Business /Marketing from a Government Educational Institution or recognized Private Institute with Two years experience in the export field.

or

2. National (Advance level ) Certificate of Business Management of National Co- operative Council of Sri Lanka with 03 years experience of export field in an executive capacity.

Experience in the export of Coconut Products with working knowledge of English & Computer would be a definite advantage.

C. Management Assistant (Exports) — Grade III

Salary : Rs 12000/- SOX 100 – 10 X 110 Rs. 14,100/- Also entitled to other allowances approved by the Co-operative Employees Commission. (All inclusive initial monthly salary Rs. 20,800/- + performance based incentives)

Qualifications:

1. Knowledge of Internet, E-mail & knowledge in preparation of Export Documents.
2. Ability to work extended hours. G.C.E. A/L (in one sitting), good knowledge of English, Computer Literacy. Following qualifications will be a definite advantage.

Age Limit : Below 45 years.

Those with specialized knowledge and experience can be considered in category A & B for recruitment on irrespective of minimum education qualification & age limit.

Age Limit will not be considered for Employees of Co-operative Societies and their applications should through the relevant Co-operative Societies.
