Cloudforce BPO (Pvt) Ltd is the Sri Lankan subsidiary of Powers Financial Group. Powers is a well-established Accounting & Financial Advisory firm with over 70 staff working across four Australian offices located in Brisbane, Biloela, Monto and Rockhampton plus a new office at Kiribathgoda, Sri Lanka. Cloudforce is currently seeking Experienced Graduate Accountants to join our Cloud Business Support Team in the Kiribathgoda office.
Experienced Graduate Accountants
Key characteristics sought are:
✓ Proficiency in written and spoken English
✓ Have a tertiary qualification in Accounting or nearing completion
✓ Studying towards CA/ACCA/CIMA/CPA
✓ Well-developed systems skills and experience using Microsoft Excel
✓ Prior experience using cloud based accounting systems preferred but not essential
✓ Willingness to learn and positive attitude
✓ Ability to manage time effectively and great team working skills
✓ Experience in the Australian Accounting sector will be highly regarded
✓ Prior experience in BPO sector completing bookkeeping, account reconciliations and data entry will be an advantage
Senior Accountants
Key characteristics sought are:
✓ CA/ACCA/CIMA/CPA qualified
✓ Proficiency in written and spoken English
✓ Have a tertiary qualification in Accounting / Management or equivalent
✓ More than 5 years post qualified experience preferably in the BPO sector
✓ Supervise, mentor and review the work (bookkeeping, financial statements, reconciliations, tax returns etc.) prepared by Graduate Accountants
✓ Thorough practical knowledge of bookkeeping, account reconciliations and tax
✓ Be a key contact point for the Australian Accounting team and build rewarding relationships within the team
✓ You will have advanced analytical capabilities, high attention to detail and strong skills of prioritizing, allocating and managing the workflow
