Neo@Ogilvy, Sri Lanka’s leading digital advertising agency is looking for a Digital Marketing Executive (Female) to handle a portfolio of brands catering to fashion conscious women in Sri Lanka.
Ideal candidate should be a Female Marketing Professional between 20 to 24 years of age with at least one year of experience in a marketing related occupation.
Key responsibilities:
The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for:
• Coming up with innovative digital marketing ideas for our clients.
• Managing Social Media and Digital Advertising campaigns of our clients organizations.
• Monitoring and analyzing the performance of all online advertising campaigns and social media campaigns of our clients, and reporting key insights.
Competencies:
• Must be familiar with the Internet and all Social Networking websites (A ‘digital native’).
• Basic knowledge in Social Media Marketing.
• A quick self-learner with the ability to grasp things quickly and a never ending passion to learn more.
• Fluency in English language; both written and spoken is a mandatory qualification.
• Should possess good presentation skills and interpersonal skills.
Experience & Qualification:
• Added advantage (Not mandatory) – Work experience as a marketing executive, preferably with some experience in online marketing and social media.
• Prior experience in handling social media and/or digital marketing is an added advantage.
• Full/Part time qualifications in Marketing from a recognized professional body in marketing or a Degree in Marketing Management from a recognized university (If you have sufficient work experience, academic qualifications may not necessarily be required.)
