Customer Services Executive
We require individuals who have willingness, commitment and dedication to establish and maintain strong relationship with both external/internal customers and consistently meeting goals in a competitive environment whilst exceeding customer expectations in the capacity of Customer Services Executive.
Qualification and Experience:
Good A/L results, Qualified in CIM/Business Administration or equivalent qualification with minimum of 3 years experience in service marketing or consumer marketing background preferable. high level of communication skills, interpersonal skills and computer literacy.
Good analytical skills, decision making/problem solving skills, Team building skills, leadership skills are also essential prerequisites.
