The candidate will be required to play a key role in driving the growth of the organization in line with its strategic vision by;
– Supporting the Chairman and Board of Directors on business and financial strategies.
– Developing strategic initiatives to elevate the company to the next level.
– Playing a key role in the development of the company’s future, acting as a strategic partner and financial expert within the Group.
– Providing leadership and guidance to Financial Controllers and their teams in multiple sectors.
– Bringing in new and innovative ideas to the business and exploring opportunities.
– Ensuring adequate control systems to manage the resources of the Company efficiently and effectively.
– Introducing plans, targets, performance measurements and management controls.
– Playing a pro-active role in achieving financial goals of the company.
– Ensuring compliance and risk management of entities in the Group including multiple listed companies.
Qualifications & Experience;
– Have relevant professional qualifications and at least 10 years of experience in leading a large finance team.
– Possess a proven track record of demonstrable achievements, leadership qualities, and interpersonal and communication skills.
Should be a self-starter, a collaborative leader with strong analytical skills and sound commercial judgment.

– Market based remuneration package reflecting the level of skill and experience.
