based solutions. We seek an experienced, dynamic, self-motivated individual to join the team for the
following position.
Assistant Manager – Procurement: Hayleys Eco Solutions Group
Job Responsibilities:
– Identifying reliable and effective suppliers, initiating long and short term procurement partnerships whilst examining existing contracts.
– Developing procurement strategies that are resourceful and cost-effective.
– Reviewing existing contracts with suppliers and vendors to ensure on-going feasibility.
– in-depth knowledge of preparing and reviewing contracts, invoicing and negotiation terms.
– Adhering to procurement budget and promoting a culture of long-term saving on procurement costs.
– Monitoring of purchase orders, tracking of the costs and ensuring on time delivery as per the
agreed terms.
Candidate Profile:
– BSc degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or Business Administration or equivalent qualification from a recognized University or institute.
– Extensive working experience in a similar capacity in Procurement field.
– Excellent knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with relevant computer software (e.g. SAP}.
– Sound leadership capabilities.
– Excellent analytical and negotiation skills.
