Assistant Manager // Manager – E Business
Job Role:
• Handling the admin portal of the website and monitor online Bookings & Web Inquiries
• Coordinate with web developer, content writer and Amadeus E-Commerce division to develop & update the web portal
• Create booking rules, web products for overseas holiday, cruise Products in line with the seasonal requirements
• Handling social media sites (Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Google Plus)
The ideal candidate should poses the below mentioned:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or in Business Information Technology with a back ground in E-Commerce.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written)
• Experience in eCRM, SEM, Social Media marketing & online sales.
• Knowledge in handling online Booking Engines. (OTAs will be an added advantage)
