The company seeks the services of young, dynamic, result—oriented, ambitious personnel to fill the below vacancy in our medical glove manufacturing facility in the Biyagama EPZ.
Process Engineer
The incumbent of this position holds the responsibility for:
– Establishing and evaluating mechanisms to capture operational data and convert them in to useful management information to be used and support mission critical improvements
– Analyze operational information to operational cost optimization, new product costing, production scheduling and finally for the overall operational excellence attainment
– Conduct laboratory studies, work studies, to optimize plant productivity
The right candidate should have following qualifications:
– Degree in B.Sc-Engineering (chemical) / B.Sc (Chemistry)
– Preferably 2-3 years working experience in a manufacturing environment in related field.
– Knowledge of Statistical Process Control (SPC) Techniques and use of Statistical Analyses software (SPSS, MINITAB.)
– Good communication and interpersonal skills.
– Mature and pleasant personality.
