Chemist & Analyst — Research & Development

The incumbent of this position holds the responsibility for:

• Research and Development activities in Dipped Glove Production in order to uplift the quality of the product as well as improvement of glove manufacturing productivity.
• Analyse the behavior of the process and the performance of the product statistically and recommend the best processes for improving quality of the product as well as the process.
• Engage with New Product Development projects and formulate the trials required, Document the outcome and communicate with Global Teams in order to establish the development.
• Work with Manufacturing Teams in improving the process as well as problem solving in the manufacturing process to overcome day to day process challenges.

The right candidate should have:

> BSc degree (specialized in Chemistry) with 2th Class upper division
> Sound knowledge in Statistical Analysis.
> Technical Knowledge about Natural and Synthetic glove production
> Process Controls and problem solving skills in relation with Quality
> 2 years working experience in continuous Process Manufacturing environment in a similar industry.
