Technology Lead

Duties:

1. Application development, deployment and maintenance

– Applications Development and ensure the Applications Development team delivers a professional, customer focused high performing development service in line with agreed service scope and service levels.
– Recommend and assist with developing improvements on processes, tools, standards and the overall quality of work produced by the Applications Development team.
– Translate software design into measurable task and tie estimates. Track time against those tasks on a weekly basis.

2. Software Development Project estimation and requirements analysis

– Presale activities participation, Clients business needs analysis & mapping of business, functional requirements, specifications needs to System module integration.

3. Software architecture development

– Technology stack selection , reasoning & High-level application design, recommend and assist with developing improvements around processes, tools, standards and the overall quality of work produced by Development team

4. Implementation team management:

– Seek innovative solutions to client’s problems and make recommendations, software development & implementations
– Software development Team leading, hiring and assist with professional development of team members to enhance skills and promote cross-skilling.
– Time and implementation management.
– Develop , maintain professional credible friendly relationships with clients, relevant third parties, effectively collaborate with other team members globally.

Requirements:

– Over 7 years’ Experience in Electronic Payment industry domain as a C developer or Java developer or PLSQL Developer

Specialization Knowledge in one of the following Spaces:

– Development in Unix Environment with Excellent knowledge on C (experience of multi-threaded applications development in C) .Experience of working with Oracle, good knowledge on TCP/lP network functioning & Knowledge of UML is preferable.
– Development of J2EE and Java applications with the use of WebSphere Application Server , Oracle Weblogic. Experience of development of Web applications with the use of JSP/JSF, EJB 2.1/3.0 technologies. Knowledge of application servers: WebSphere, Oracle Weblogic, Oracle AppServer
– Development in ORACLE SOL , PL/SOL & Java 1.4 and higher programming.
– Expertise in Oracle reports or Jasper reports, J2EE (Web Sphere, Web logic preferred) and Oracle database administration .
– Excellent people skills, Self-Motivated & Positive attitude

Senior C Developer

Duties:

– Program code development
– Correction of errors in the developed software
– Primary testing of the developed software

Requirements:

– At least 5 years’ experience in development of J2EE and Java applications in Electronic Payment industry domain
– At least 5 years’ experience in C development in Electronic Payment industry domain
– Excellent knowledge C (experience of multi—threaded applications development in C)
– Excellent knowledge of UNIX and Experience of working with Oracle
– Knowledge of UML is preferable 8. Basic knowledge TCP/IP network functioning
– Basic knowledge TCP/lP network functioning
– Excellent people skills
– Self-Motivated and Positive attitude

Senior Java Developer

Duties:

– Development of J2EE and Java applications with the use of Websphere AS, Oracle Weblogic
– Analysis of customer’s requirements and their realization
– Support of implementation of existing solutions and solutions under development

Requirements:

– At least 5 years’ experience in development of J2EE and Java applications in Electronic Payment industry domain
– Must have experience of Java, J2EE 1.4, JEE 5.0
– Experience of development of Web applications with the use of JSP/JSF, EJB 2.1/3.0 technologies
– Knowledge of application servers: WebSphere, Oracle Weblogic, Oracle AppServer
– Excellent people skills, Self-Motivated & Positive attitude

Senior Oracle (PL/SQL) Developer

Duties:

– Program code development
– Correction of errors in the developed software
– Primary testing of the developed software

Requirements:

– At least 5 years’ experience in PLSQL development in Electronic Payment industry domain
– Knowledge in Unix/Linux operation systems
– ORACLE SOL, PL/SQL, Java 1.4 and higher programming skills
– Understanding Oracle reports or Jasper reports
– Understanding J2EE (Web Sphere, Web logic preferred)
– Understanding of basic principles for e-payments and cards payments technologies
– Oracle database administration on the basic level
– Self-Motivated & Positive attitude
– Excellent people skills
