The following vacancies exist for a Luxury Hotel Project in the Cultural Triangle.
Technical Officer
Experienced person with HNC or HND qualification or equivalent in building projects & below the age of 40. Trainees will also be considered.
Site Supervisor
Minimum of 3 years experience as a site supervisor in building & construction with AutoCAD, architectural technical background. Understanding of all rules, regulations, policies and procedures that apply to construction, possess and demonstrate leadership and supervisory skills, good written communication skills, must be prepared to work under pressure. The individual must be able to address a wide spectrum of people, from unskilled to professional.
Horticulturist / Naturalist
Graduate with a degree in horticulture, Natural environmentalist in landscaping, design & crop management. Experienced in maintaining nurseries, greenhouses and garden centers.
The selected candidates will be required to liaise with the CEO’s office, architects, contractors & local authorities in regard to the project, working with budgets & time constraints, applying building regulations, managing site functions & deliveries, preparation of documents & record keeping are a necessity.
An attractive remuneration package await the right candidates and persons who posses their own mode of transport and from the areas of Sigiriya, Habarana, Dambulla will be given preference.
