Senior Tech Lead

Roles and Responsibilities:-
– Provide technical leadership and direction for developers responsible for the design, development, test and support of Cloud Applications.
– Provides day to day support, and maintenance of designated software and systems.
– Handles complex application features and technical designs.
– Ensures System tuning and performance is optimized.
– Ability to work effectively and lead in a dynamic (Changing) environment.
Technical Leadership:-
– Leads development teams responsible for the design and development of complex financial services systems.
– Assists with technical training and career development of team members.
– Provides technical leadership and decision making for projects.
Drive The Development Process:-
– Leads process improvement initiatives.
– Enforces appropriate Programming Standards and Procedures.
– Build strong working relationships across technology teams.
Oversight / Quality:-
– Reviews/Approves the technical requirements for modifications/ application, ensuring consistency, security, performance, and quality.
– Participates in quality reviews to ensure traceability of the applications and designs, to the requirements.
Qualifications:-
– B.Sc Computer Science or equivalent.
– Years experience in related technical architecture and software development area.
– Hands on experience with lamp, JavaScript and jQuery.
– strong proficiency with HTML5 / CSS3
– Strong Proficiency with PHP frameworks such as Zend or Codelgnitor.
– Experience working on a Linux environment
