Senior Human Resources Executive // Human Resources Executive
Job Requirements:
• Maintaining time & attendance system & provide information to process the salaries.
• Attend to all statutory requirements including EPF, ETF & Gratuity.
• Coordinate the Joint Consultative Committee meetings and activities.
• Organize and coordinate social events and welfare activities.
• Coordinate the first aid and workmen’s compensation requirements.
• Deal with employee absenteeism and turnover issues.
• Coordinate the medical insurance scheme.
• Experience in handling disciplinary issues, labor related issues & security administration.
• Visit all the branches and attend to HR requirements.
Qualifications:
• Below 32 years of age.
• Fully qualified in Human Resources Management from a recognized institute.
• A minimum of 04 years’ hands on experience in a similar position.
• Excellent knowledge in both Sinhala and English.
• Proficiency in Computer literacy (MS Office, attendance software).
• Knowledge in labor laws & industrial relations.
• Should be confident, self-driven and well organized.
Salary: Negotiable
