Senior Executive – IT

Responsibilities
– Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.
– Troubleshoot staff computer systems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
– Managing organization’s social media handles.
– IT devices and services purchasing – Review and process as per the Procurement guidelines.
– Conducting IT training programs to Staff.
– Interact with 3rd party IT Service providers at operational level for any connectivity troubleshooting requirements.
Requirements:
– Higher Diploma or Diploma in IT or equivalent.
– Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar capacity.
– Previous experience in logistics trade with CCNA,MCP or other IT related professional certifications will be highly preferred.
– Proven knowledge in computer hardware, software and network systems.
– Hands on experience in Microsoft server technologies and 0365.
– Knowledge on social media promotion execution and graphic designing (Eg-Adobe illustrator) will be added advantage.
