We are a semi luxury boutique hotel with 4 rooms on a spacious land located in Kandy. Personalized service standards are important to us.
Resident Manager / Property Manager
Requirements:
• Able to speak and write fluent English
• Ability to speak in Sinhala & Tamil will be an advantage
• Must have min 2yrs experience in a boutique hotel
• Able to handle Reservations
• Understand service levels required in a boutique hotel
• Need to be a hands on Manager with attention to detail and able to lead a team.
• Must be honest, service driven and good PR skills.
• A Christian preferred (since we prefer multi denominations)
• Any prior experience as a Chef/in the Kitchen would be an added advantage.
• Age: 30yrs & above. Retired personnel can apply.
Salary will be based on experience and capability (approx. Rs. 40,000 to Rs. 60,000/-plus service charge plus in-house accommodation & meals).
