Job Requirement:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business or a related field
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in project management
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent Is preferred
• Proven ability to solve and document problems/business requirements clearly
• Strong familiarity with MS Office suite, project management software tools, methodologies and best practices
• Excellent analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
• Salary-Negotiable
Responsibilities:
• Leading multidisciplinary projects within Digital Transformation domain through the company and group
• Facilitating the management of the portfolio of Digital Transformation projects by identifying dependencies between projects, particularly in respect of resources, stake holders and the reporting of program level issues and risks.
• Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, requirement gathering (Business Analysis skills) involving all relevant stakeholders.
• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
• Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with relevant stakeholders and maintenance of project documentation
• Monitor and Track project performance and analyze the successful completion of short and longterm goats within scope and within timeline and budget
• Ensuring compliance with objectives, organizational policies, procedures, and standards
• Managing expectations for the delivery of the project and escalating issues on deadlines as early as possible senior management to enable appropriate corrective action to be taken
