About the Company
Aussee Oats Milling Pvt Ltd is a new joint venture multinational company. The company is in the process of manufacturing cereal based products from oats, wheat, rice, barley and other grains for the South East Asian markets. The state of the art plant is located at BOI zone in Mirigama, Sri Lanka. Our manufacturing plant is the first Oats processing facility in South East Asia and will be under the scope of BBC, FSSC and other International standards.

Job Description:
• Mange all mill related operations.
• Manage the production team during the shift.
• Maintain control room activities, trouble shoot and reduce down time.
• Conduct workers training as per FSSC22000, GMP standards.
• Maintain hygiene, company standards and discipline.
• Document and maintain production records.
Candidate Profile:
• Previous experience in automated Milling operations (wheat, barley, rice or animal feed industries). Minimum 3 years relevant experience.
• Qualification Dip/Degree or training in electrical/ mechanical/ food engineering.
• Excellent people management and business management skills.
• Able to work long hours in shift basis.
