Manager – Research and Development (R&D)
Job Profile:
– Arranging the testing of product & service to ensure that they meet quality standards.
– Carrying outfield work.
– Developing innovative methods to improve existing products & service.
– Development of new products, techniques or systems to specification within budgets.
– Overseeing the integration of new product & service with other commercial areas including brand development, sales strategy, quality assurance, legal, marketing and manufacturing.
Qualifications and Experience:
– BSc Degree in Civil Engineering with First Class /Second Upper.
– Post Graduate Qualification
– Experience and interest in the Research & Development field & minimum 10 years working experiences as a Civil Engineer in the Construction Industry.
Desired Skills:
– Positive attitude with commitment to achieve Organizational objectives.
– Good interpersonal skills with ability to work as a team player in a dynamic environ1nent.
– Effective Communication with a wide variety of individual & professional groups & ability to work effectively & efficiently at any circumstances.
