Responsible for business strategy and planning, business model, treasury , risk management , fund raising through debt & equity & loan syndication, financial forecasting and restructuring , finalization of accounts under Companies Act ,Making documents for Information memorandum (IM), Responsible regarding meeting with Bank credit team & process the proposal,Solid working knowledge in Excel.
Budget and performance analysis, project management & control, pricing and costing and also direct and indirect taxation.
