Qualifications
– Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
– 8+ years of experience in DevOps/Cloud/SecOps/System Engineering or related roles.
– Hands-on experience with Ci/CD tools, Container Platforms, and Configuration Management.
– Proven experience in Cloud Infrastructure (GCP/Azure).
– Solid understanding of Cloud Security, Networking, Cloud Database Services and System Architecture.
– Experience in scripting (Bash, Python, etc.)
– Strong Leadership, Communication, and Problem-Solving skills
– Certifications in G@CP/Azure/AWS or Kubernetes.
– Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., ArgoCD, Jenkins)
– Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevSecOps practices
Responsibilities
– Lead and mentor a team of DevOps Engineers/Trainees
– Automate Infrastructure Provisioning using Infrastructure as Code {laC) tools – Terraform.
– Design, Implement, and Maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, ArgoCD, GitHub Actions.
– Manage and Monitor Cloud infrastructure (Azure, GCP, AWS).
– Oversee Containerization and Orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes, Cloud base GKE/AKS.
– Implement security best practices across infrastructure and pipelines
– Collaborate with Development, QA, and Operations teams to ensure smooth delivery and reliability
– Drive incident Response, Root Cause Analysis, and System Performance Tuning.
– Maintain and Improve observability through Logging, Monitoring, and Alerting Systems (e.g. Prometheus, Grafana).
– Assist with Cost Optimization, Performance Improvements, and Scaling Strategies
