Junior Legal Officers / Company Secretaries
❖ Recently Passed out Attorney-at-Law / Chartered Secretary.
❖ Should be conversant in English and with IT Skills.
❖ Those who are interested in pursuing a career in Company Secretarial Work and Corporate Legal matters.
❖ At least 2-3 years experience in Company Secretarial practice.
❖ Ability to work independently.
❖ Exposure to BOI, Immigration and Trade mark matters will be advantageous.
❖ Age below 30.
❖ Be able to work as a good team player.
❖ Good rapport with ROC staffs.
Administrative Assistant
We are looking for a person with experience in getting things done at the department of register of Companies, BOI, Intellectual Property Office and related government agencies.
Must have following qualifications.
❖ At least 2-3 years of relevant experience.
❖ Ability to converse in Sinhala & English.
❖ Willingness to travel to relevant agencies daily basis.
❖ Self motivated and ability work to with minimum supervision.
