Inter Freight Forwarding Service was established in 1979 and specializes in sea and air cargo clearing A and forwarding. It has diversified business interest
consisting of a transportation arm and two estates.
We are looking for a passionate individual who is highly energetic and motivated, to join our team as our new Human Resource Executive
Ideal Candidate:
• Minimum of 3 years of working experience in the field of Human Resource
• Have an in-depth knowledge of the labour laws of Sri Lanka
• A degree or diploma in HR or equivalent
• Ability to work with people of different backgrounds
• Good English communications and writing skills
• Adequate computer literacy, especially in MS Office
• Ability to work alone and perform to the expected level
Responsibilities:
* Build a proper HR system
* Establish and implement HR policies and procedures
* Design and implement new performance management systems
* Talent management and succession planning
* Plan, direct and coordinate all daily HR functions
The successful candidate would be offered a minimum of Rs: 35,000 based on qualifications and work experience.
