HR Internship Role
• Actively engage in Job Analysis of all the job roles in the group and update JDs and JSs
• Participate in the project team of revising of the Performance Management practices of the group
• Be able to engage in the internship for 8 months
Profile of The Ideal Candidate
• Final year undergraduate of HRM/recent HR Graduate
• Qualitative and quantitative analysis skills
• Goal oriented and completion of assigned projects
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English
• Skills in handling meetings and making presentations
• Leadership and team spirit
• Solid knowledge on HR Functions
