Eligibility
To be successful you will need to possess:
A Degree in Human Resource Management from a recognized university.
Minimum of 7 years total experience in HR field and 2 years in a similar capacity in the manufacturing sector.
Sound Knowledge on HR systems, processes and Operational HR.
Conversant with all aspects of industrial labor laws.
Good communication & interpersonal skills.
A Team player who drives towards excellence with a focused, determined and proactive outlook.
