Head of Finance

The selected candidate, a member of the senior management team, will play a key role in this long established organization.

Key responsibilities would encompass all aspects of financial management functions including:

• Submit monthly financial & management information (PC & Company) for timely decision making.
• Prepare annual budgets and monitor financial performance.
• Monitor daily sales cash flow of outlets and cash flow of the company.
• Negotiate with banks for efficient management & utilization of funds.
• Ensure strict adherence of internal controls & procedures.
• Ensure submission of tax, statutory & regulatory returns on time.
• Ensure payment of salaries, bonus and incentives on time.
• Coordinate with auditors to ensure the final audit is finalized on time.
• Monitor the food & beverage cost control and ensure standards are maintained.

The selected candidate should meet the following criteria.

• Fully qualified in CASL/ACCA/CIMA, with a minimum of 5 years post qualifying experience in a similar capacity.
• Knowledge on accounting applications is essential.
• Knowledge on food & beverage cost control will be an advantage
• Below 45 years of age
• Strong leadership qualities, commercial acumen, interpersonal and communications skills
