Finance Executive/Assistant Accountant

Responsibilities:
– Preparing Financial statements & tax returns for Australian/UK clients
– Preparing VAT returns & Monthly payroll processing
– Performing bookkeeping for clients
– Reconcile and balance all accounts
– Analyze account data and generate financial reports
– Preparing statutory accounts
– Liaise with Australian /UK Clients for daily operational queries
Attributes
– Part Qualification in ACCA / CIMA / CAA (Following or Completion of ACCA will be a definite plus)
– Experience in Australian/UK Taxation, Auditing, preparation of financial statements, VAT and bookkeeping
– Sound knowledge in Xero
– Minimum 3 – 4 years experience in Finance and Accounting
– CA articles signing can be accommodated
– Experience in handling various accounting software will be advantageous
– Good communication skills and a team player
– Ability to work under pressure
– Willing to commit for a minimum of 1-year continued service within the organization
