As the Factory Manager, you will be accountable for the manufacturing and non-manufacturing
operations to achieve the goals and objective of the factory operations.
Our Requirements are…
– Degree or Professional Qualification.
– Minimum of 3-4 Years of relevant work experience as a Factory Manager.
– Previous work experience in an apparel organization (manufacturing high fashion garments) is mandatory.
– Excellent communication skills in English and Sinhala.
– Adequate knowledge of suppliers and the supplying processes.
– Knowledge of productivity improvement techniques and strategies.
– Knowledge of planning and controlling operations.
– Knowledge of inventory control techniques.
– Sound knowledge of operating strategies.
