Chartered Institute of Personnel Management Sri Lanka (Inc.), the leader in Human Resource Management, which is fast expanding to meet the current and emerging demands of the HR Profession, requires a self-motivated, results-oriented professional to fill the vacancy of Executive Marketing.
The ideal candidate should be of pleasant and outgoing personality, who is willing to take responsibilities and initiatives to handle assigned tasks within specific time limits. He/ she should be adaptable to work in a challenging environment
Job Profile:
• Assist the functional Head of Marketing in enhancing brand awareness and corporate image of the Institute by making presence in exhibitions, Career guidance programmes etc.
• Assist all business development and expansion projects of the Institute including the regional centre expansions and promotions.
• Provide assistance to the Immediate Supervisor in executing new marketing strategies aiming to improve student enrolments.
• Carrying out assigned tasks relating to the key corporate events organized by the Institute.
• Coordinating and liaising with Advertising agencies, press and printers under the guidance of the immediate supervisor.
• Liaising with outstation centres in order to improve the awareness of CIPM brand in the respective regions.
• Coordinating the logistic arrangements of the Marketing Committee.
• Attending to any other duties assigned by the Management as and when required
Personal Profile:
• Degree and/or Full / Part professional qualification in Marketing / Management obtained from a recognized university / Institution.
• Minimum of two years work experience in a similar capacity
• An excellent command of English & Sinhala languages both in verbal and written forms.
• Sound IT Skills and knowledge in Digital Marketing
• Ability to complete assigned tasks wits minimum supervision and within the given deadlines
• Knowledge in Graphic Designing is an added advantage
Remuneration for the above position is negotiable and will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
