– Exceptional communication skills (both verbal and written) in English

– Be flexible with working arrangements
You will also have:
– A Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in Customer Service or Procurement.
– A minimum of two years of work experience in a similar capacity
– Have a strong work ethic
– Pay attention to detail while prioritising and managing tasks
– Bea team player
– Bea confident and diplomatic communicator with a positive, customer-oriented mind-set
– Have the ability to implement procedures and good customer service practice
– Be driven by empathy
– Be an initiator
