We are looking to add an eCommerce Customer Service Representative to our team in Colombo 04.
We are an all-hands-on deck work environment, and you will have a daily set of tasks that stays constant. But there is always something new happening! We need an individual who is VERY detail oriented, a fast learner and can own the back end of a website as far as customer service and order integrity is concerned
Think of it as running a virtual retail store, you will be the point person for our ecommerce customers.
This job will support the MyStore.lk Operations Manager with daily sales and customer service tasks:
* Regularly answer customer inquiries by phone, chat and e-mail
* Attend to walk in customers
Required Silks:
• Excellent critical and practical skills in writing and general communications
• Able to develop strong collaborative relationships
• Comfortable engaging with customers in a variety of service situations
• Capable of professionally and patiently servicing
• Must work efficiently in a fast paced. fluctuating environment, possessing strong organization skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize successfully
• Proficiency in MS Office including Excel
