Chef De Partie
The ideal candidate should be a professional in the field of cookery and have at least five years experience in food production in a Star Class Hotel. They should also possess leadership skills and the ability to create new culinary dishes to our guests. Vacancies exist in the Pastry & Bakery Section and in the Chinese Kitchen.
Commis I & II
Candidates should be professionally qualified with at least two years experience in a similar capacity in a Star Class Hotel, and should possess a good basic knowledge of cookery.
We are looking for those with experience in Pastry & Bakery, Cold Kitchen. A La Carte, Butchery and Sea Food.
Hopper & Godamba Makers Sri Lankan Sweet Makers
We are also looking for expert Hopper and Godamba Makers and Sri Lankan Sweet Makers with at least 2 years experience.
